Alon Mass is currently a junior at Cornell University, concentrating his studies on Neurobiology and Behavior, with a minor in Applied Economics and Management. He plans to attend medical school after he graduates, and will be working hard on his applications while in the car this summer. Alon is spending the current semester in New York City at Cornell medical school, participating in the Urban Semester program where he shadows a neurosurgeon, works in the neurological surgery laboratory, and volunteers once a week in an after school program in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Alon has always had a passion for baseball, traveling and photography, and hopes that this trip will blend all three of those hobbies together in a wonderful way. Alon is acquainted with long travels, though only usually on airplanes. His yearly trips to Israel and recent trips to Kenya, Peru, and Europe have enabled him to see and learn about the culture's of much of the world outside of America. However, he has a keen interest in learning about the cultures and seeing the wonderful landscapes of his great country. With a specific interest in nature and scenic photography, Alon hopes to capture some of America’s and Canada’s spectacular sights and share them all with you on this site. The idea of traveling to every baseball stadium in America started as a far fetched dream, but Alon always knew that one day he would get the opportunity to accomplish his goal. Luckily, Alon’s good friend Neal shares the same passion for baseball and touring around the country. Together this summer, they will share some of the best times of their lives.
